Job Summary

The Freight Coordinator position at Buckle LLC is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes. As a Freight Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices.
  • Process and ship merchandise to customers and other stores, using FedEx and other shipping methods.
  • Verify merchandise invoices and packing slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, and making recommendations for inventory adjustments.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including hanging and folding merchandise, and maintaining a neat and organized store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and tasks related to logistics and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
