Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to oversee the accounting operations, including financial reporting, record maintenance, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting and record maintenance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive control systems.
  • Provide support with new client implementations and manage business relationships.
  • Contribute to company strategy development and provide financial analysis and guidance.
  • Lead accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
  • Oversee subsidiary corporation accounting operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience as a supervisor or leader.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
