Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management System Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Kahua system used by our PRDE project team, as well as providing technical support and training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support team members in maintaining files in Kahua
  • Identify and resolve issues, create bugs/feature requests, and work with Kahua to resolve
  • Track and understand adoption metrics
  • Identify key user issues
  • Add and delete users in the system
  • Presentation to clients and internal teams of developed dashboards in Kahua
  • Coordinate and prepare presentation material
  • Receive files from the program and project teams and file in Kahua
  • Provide basic IT and network support in the office space

Requirements:

  • Experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
  • Working knowledge of Kahua or equivalent PMIS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite of applications
  • Experience with client-specific systems preferred
  • Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of data
  • Openness and interest to learn new data analysis and reporting
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
  • Ability to develop good working relationships within different client cultures and across multiple project teams
  • Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player
  • Drive to be proactive and self-motivated
  • Advanced presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
