Sales and Customer Service Representative

At Sun Com Mobile, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Exceed monthly sales quotas by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deliver high-quality sales that meet or exceed company benchmarks on key metrics.
  • Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories, as guided by company policies and management.
  • Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
  • Perform as a role model and offer assistance to new hires and peer sales representatives.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all company policies, as outlined in the Handbook and other company communications.
  • Master all required systems, including RQ4, Paycom, and other relevant software.
  • Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies or errors.
  • Follow all cash depositing procedures and take full responsibility for any deficiencies caused by your error or negligence.
  • Protect and maintain company assets, including inventory and equipment.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have reliable transportation to location, training, and off-site meetings.
