Strategic Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a talented Lead Developer for .NET/C# Applications to join our team at Strategic Employment Partners (Sep) in Round Lake, IL. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications in .NET/C# with a focus on UI/UX technologies. Additionally, this role will require leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with WPF or Win Forms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications in .NET/C#.
  2. Lead the development team and provide guidance to junior developers.
  3. Mentor and train team members on UI/UX technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of experience with .NET/C#.
  2. Experience with UI/UX technologies.
  3. Leadership experience.
