Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals by effectively managing all aspects of the restaurant's P&L
- Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales, profits, and restaurant efficiency
- Determine staffing needs and hire qualified candidates to fill key positions
- Ensure shifts are properly staffed to maintain consistent operations and Guest satisfaction
- Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and procedures, as well as Guest service best practices
- Identify and respond to complaints and policy/procedure violations
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
- Food Safety Certified
- Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft Office and general systems experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours
- High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
