Physical Therapist Assistant Job Overview



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team at Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC. In this role, you will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, while contributing to a supportive and dynamic company culture.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Provide treatment to patients according to state practice guidelines and under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

  • Assist in identifying patients who may benefit from rehabilitation services and refer them to our team.

  • Document patient progress and obtain signatures from supervising Physical Therapists.

  • Ensure that medical orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.



Requirements:





  • Graduate of an accredited college with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.

  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state where you will be practicing.
