Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Validation Consultant to join our team in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cleaning validation programs, creating cleaning cycle development strategies, and writing validation protocols and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a cleaning revalidation program
  • Create cleaning cycle development strategies for various equipment
  • Write validation protocols and reports
  • Investigate and troubleshoot cleaning-related problems
  • Plan and execute onsite cleaning validation programs
  • Prepare and review validation packages
  • Lead resolution of cleaning deviations
  • Develop and author change controls
  • Maintain knowledge of validation requirements and practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of reviewing and writing technical documents
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
