Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to clients as defined in the nurse practice act and under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the RN Clinical Care Manager and physician, as directed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Valid Indiana Nursing License
- Valid driver's license
- Trach and/or vent experience preferred
- Competitive hourly rate: $25-$27.50
- One-to-one nurse-to-client ratio
- No mandatory 12-hour shifts
