[Porter/Cleaner] Job Summary

As a Dish Attendant at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, including dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other equipment, emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas. You will also support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed. You will focus on your team and guests, making decisions that prioritize their needs. You will follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the Cooks with prep work and other tasks as needed
