Scrum Leader

General Motors is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Leader to drive the development process and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting agile ceremonies, managing resources, stakeholders, and timelines, and providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Continuously monitor and report on project status
- Provide guidance and support during execution of change management activities
- Manage the identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements
- Prepare presentations for various levels of leadership
- Develop tracking scorecards and metrics to illustrate status and ownership
- Develop milestone reviews for key milestones and ensure the team is on track to deliver
- Track business resources and identify any shortages based on project plans
- Coordinate the input and approval of various project design and decision documents
- Assist Workstream Leaders in managing multiple efforts simultaneously across a broad range of functions, business, and organizational units
- Monitor project progress and consolidate status reports
- Knowledge of a Project Tracking program (i.e., ADO, Jira, etc.)
- Experience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar tools preferred
