Job Summary:

The House Supervisor (RN) is a key member of our nursing team, responsible for adjusting staffing on all nursing units based on acuity, volume, and skill mix. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills to supervise care given by nursing staff, act as a liaison between departments and physicians, and represent hospital administration on assigned shifts. As a clinical resource and support for staff, the House Supervisor interprets institutional policies and procedures, handles complaints professionally, and coordinates patient transfers. This role also involves managing emergency situations and interacting with nursing staff, hospital departments, patient families, and community members.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Current AZ RN License
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- 3+ years experience
