**Job Overview**

Qrc Group, Llc is seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and production processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform corrective actions on electrical and electronic systems in formulation equipment
  • Conduct Preventive and Predictive Maintenance on equipment, including Inspections, Calibrations, and scheduled overhauls
  • Use analytical troubleshooting skills to identify equipment problems and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Perform mechanical and electrical equipment repairs, including routine adjustments and fabrication
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Operators, Engineers, and other Mechanics to improve equipment/production efficiencies

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D., or an Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or a technical discipline
  • Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electrical/electronic systems
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Understanding and operational familiarity with PC/PLC control systems
