Bid Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Bid Specialist to support our team at Dipietro Recruiting And Consulting.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bidding processes related to commercial new construction and remodeling/renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and document existing conditions.

Establish preliminary construction schedules and durations.

Coordinate bid processes and attend pre-bid meetings.

Analyze proposals/bids for scope of work and secure pricing.

Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong prioritization skills.

Ability to work calmly within deadlines and under pressure.

Self-starter capable of performing independently and as a team member.

Strong customer service skills.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Other Information:

Based out of Laurel.

No direct reports; works for the Director of Construction.

Experience: Knowledge of bidding related to commercial new construction and remodeling/renovations.
