We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts and subcontracts related to construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of sub-contracts and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with site personnel to verify progress payments for subcontracts.
- Prepare regular site reports and track progress.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Previous experience in similar project roles is an asset.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or contract management is necessary.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
