Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to join our team at AutoZone. As a Shift Leader, you will assist the Store Manager in leading company initiatives and ensuring maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Store Manager with supervising, training, and developing store personnel.
  • Assume responsibility for the store operation and commercial department in the Store Manager's absence.
  • Manage the Commercial and Hub Departments to ensure commercial accounts and stores are serviced.
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling duties.
  • Ensure all company policies and loss prevention procedures are followed.
  • Utilize ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • ASE Certified preferred.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
