Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the coordination of Import Shipments from start to finish
- Assist customers with the shipment process, including bookings, quotes, tracking, and invoicing
- Enter shipment data into the Company's system
- Provide updates to clients on potential shipment delays in a proactive manner
- Maintain strong relationships with steamship lines, trucking companies, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
- Follow customer-established SOPs at all times
- Respond to internal and external requests in a timely manner
- 3 years of experience in Import Operations for Ocean Freight
- Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
