We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Magnolia Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility. As a CNA, you will provide personal care to residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and recreational activities.
- Organizational skills to keep the unit running smoothly.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Compassion towards residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a 4/2 schedule for AM or PM shifts, or part-time for NOC shifts only.
Pay Scale: $18 - $21 / Hour, depending on location, work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
