Job Summary

The Pool Attendant is a key member of the Highgate Hotel team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of pool stations while providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained, including furniture and service areas.
  • Replenish towels and retail amenities as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing side-work as assigned.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
  • Ability to stand during the entire shift and lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
