Asset Management Strategist

Technical Excellence
In this role, you will be responsible for driving lifecycle asset management across strategic accounts. You will lead the Maintenance Excellence & LCAM Program at sites, ensuring quality work execution and maintaining technical excellence.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement the corporate engineering standard at site level, ensuring the quality of CMMS Master Asset Data, developing Bill of Materials (BOMs), and managing critical spare parts program.
Additionally, you will track project-generated documents, ensure CMMS is updated, execute risk and opportunities management assessments, and drive the Risk Based Asset Management Program (RBAM) for the account.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field is required. You must have proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CMMS and asset management software, preferably SAP.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering, and knowledge of IoT technology for Smart Buildings are essential.
