**Job Description**
Gersh Autism is seeking a skilled and compassionate Student Aide to support our Educational Team in providing exceptional care to students with autism and other special needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in facilitating the delivery of educational materials to and from students.
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Support students in their daily tasks and activities, including academic and therapeutic programs.
- Complete administrative paperwork, including attendance records and discipline referrals.
Required Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with special education students.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data processing equipment.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues.
