We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Production Technician to join our team at Labchems Corp. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of assembly lines, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including motors, pneumatic systems, and production belts.

Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, and replacing worn-out parts.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.

Supply materials to machines and maintain production levels.

Adhere to strict quality control guidelines and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in General Mechanics or a related field.">
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position.">
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and electronics.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A temporary contract of three months with potential for extension.

Working Conditions:

You will be required to work night shifts (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am) and be available for extended shifts and weekends as necessary.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 to 50 pounds with the appropriate safety equipment provided by the Company.
