Job Description


The Floor Support Associate will provide crucial support to the operations of our services, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.


This role will be responsible for assisting in the receipt of units, holding control of the keys, making reports, and supporting voluntary deliveries in the Lot.



Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the receipt of units from the Floor, ensuring they are properly labeled and tracked.
  • Hold control of the keys and maintain accurate records of unit movements.
  • Make reports on unit washes and other relevant activities.
  • Support voluntary deliveries in the Lot, coordinating with colleagues and clients as needed.
  • Assist in preparing a weekly inventory of units in the Lot.


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with commercial and tech courses or equivalent training.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze problems and apply rules to real situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external peers and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Speed and accuracy skills in data entry.
