Key Responsibilities:- Assist with month-end accounting close processes, including partnering with third parties for audit requests.
- Ensure that all accounting activities are completed accurately, in a timely manner, and compliant with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Present financial information to key stakeholders.
- Manage staff accountants and/or other accounting support positions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance experience.
- Previous experience performing month-end close, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, expense accruals, and preparation of roll-forward schedules.
- Demonstrated experience preparing annual corporate budgets and forecasts.
- Prior experience managing accounts receivable and payable activities.
- Strong, advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
