About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Services Supervisor to lead our packaging operations team at Appleone. As a Technical Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising personnel involved in the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing packaging operations to ensure compliance with efficient processes and implementing effective solutions to improve productivity.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging equipment, diagnostics, and configuration of instrumentation systems.
  • Staff training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary range of $41,000.00 to $46,000.00, depending on experience. You will work Monday to Friday, with the option to work weekends if necessary. Location: Mayagüez, PR. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in controls. Minimum 3 years of experience in process systems, filling, and packaging maintenance. Bilingual (Spanish and English) with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
