About the Position
We are seeking an experienced City Manager to join our team at Adecco Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and leadership, with experience in fast-paced environments.
About You
The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a bachelor's degree, preferably from a reputable institution. You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
Benefits
Adecco Puerto Rico offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
