Join Our Team as a Settlement Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlement Analyst to join our team at REsurety, Inc. As a key member of our Analytics Services team, you will play a critical role in evaluating clean energy contracts for utility-scale projects using meteorological and electricity market data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate project generation and settlement amounts for clean energy contracts
  • Audit invoices for accuracy of generation, price, and application of contract settlement clauses
  • Develop insights into the generation and financial performance of renewable plants and portfolios
  • Analyze and understand electricity market, meteorological, and utility-scale wind and solar power plant data
  • Continuously advance REsurety's settlement and project performance assessment capabilities
  • Execute quality control checks of data critical to business processes
Requirements:
  • Background in math, finance, accounting, physics, engineering, atmospheric science, data science, or a related field
  • Team-oriented contributor with a passion for empowering the clean energy-fueled future
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel, R, or SQL (secondary preference for Python)
