Mantener una buena relación profesional con el cliente, los subcontratistas y los suplidores.

Revisar y mantener al día la lista de contactos.

Velar que las compras de los proyectos estén de acuerdo con los protocolos de la empresa.

Evaluar el personal a su cargo.

Mantener un control de los gastos de los proyectos para optimizar el control de costo de estos.
8.
Estar pendiente a los cambios que surjan con los clientes y estar alerta de las aprobaciones de todos los cambios de los proyectos.
9.Preparar un plan de trabajo semanal para ser discutido con "Senior Project Manager".
10. Project Manager, responsable de la gestión de proyectos de construcción. Compañía interesa un ingeniero mecánico con conocimientos en electricidad y civil, y que, preferiblemente, cuente con una licencia de ingeniero profesional (PE).
Requisitos: Bachillerato en alguna disciplina de la Ingeniería (Civil, Mecánica, Eléctrica) y experiencia mínima de 10 años en un puesto similar.
• Puede poseer licencia de Ingeniero Profesional del Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico.
• Bilingüe (inglés y español – oral y escrito).
• Destrezas de supervisión, incluyendo trabajo en equipo.
• Conocimiento en computadora y programas como Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook y Microsoft Project.
En adición, debe saber navegar en Internet.
• Iniciativa propia, habilidad para manejar información sensitiva.
