Admin Manager

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to lead operations across the Caribbean Islands , based in San Juan, Puerto Rico .
This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring top-tier safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations , you will play a crucial part in driving growth and enhancing service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure Compliance: Maintain FAA, EASA, and ICAO regulatory compliance across all locations.
Promote Safety: Conduct monthly safety and service audits to uphold high standards.
Liaise with Authorities: Act as the primary contact with airport authorities and regulatory agencies.
Enhance Customer Experience: Oversee customer service to ensure smooth passenger experiences.
Drive Performance: Manage daily operations to meet on-time performance goals.
Mentor Teams: Lead the Station Manager and SJU base Admin, driving accountability and team morale.
Manage HR: Oversee performance reviews, conflict resolution, and record maintenance.
Expand Operations: Lead the strategic development of new locations in the Caribbean.
Additional Duties: Handle other responsibilities as directed by the SVP of Operations.
Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of airport operations, safety, and compliance (FAA, TSA, and ICAO).
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
