About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the strategic development and execution of a sales plan that will drive revenue growth, particularly within the California market. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the beverage or spirits industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the California spirits market, particularly in the tequila sector, and a strong understanding of market dynamics. The role also demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
