The role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including at least four years in a leadership position, and a proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the mission of the organization, which is centered on advancing proactive policies for reproductive health care and political power for reproductive freedom.

Applicants for the Vice President, Development position at the company should be adept at leveraging data and best practices to maintain and grow donor relationships, as well as have experience in creating and executing effective fundraising strategies.
