Job Description ***POSITION BASED IN OREGON*** EXPERIENCED LINE COOKS needed for our busy restaurant in a BEAUTIFUL NATIONAL PARK     **Incredible Travel Job with Great Pay, Free Flight, & Free Food Benefits** We are looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cooks to join our team for the 2025 season, starting May 15 and ending on October 15th.
We offer our members exceptional cuisine with exemplary customer service, so we expect our staff to be well-versed in the culinary field and be able to prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the company's menu standards.
**Previous Line Cook Experience Required** **Must be able to read, write, and speak English** Requirements Reads menu to estimate food requirements and procures food from storage.
Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups, salads, gravies, sauces, and casseroles.
Bakes, roasts, broils and steams meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking.
Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with a fork to determine that it is cooked.
Carves meats, portions food on serving plates, adds gravies and sauces and garnishes servings to fill orders.
Ensure all food is handled and stored safely, adhering to health regulations.
Display teamwork and be willing to do whatever is needed to support our guests and team members.
Punctuality and reliable work attendance is relied upon and expected.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
Additional Requirements: Commitment to complete short contract which runs from May to October 15 Must be able to speak English Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must pass comprehensive background check and drug test.
Must be reliable with a good work history.
