Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes according to our menu standards. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipe
- Baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
- Adding seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking
- Observing and testing foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with a fork to determine that it is cooked
- Carving meats, portions food on serving plates, adds gravies and sauces and garnishes servings to fill orders
- Ensuring all food is handled and stored safely, adhering to health regulations
