Job Highlights Earn $18-$19 per hour Full Time Advancement Opportunities DailyPay Partners (Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow) Here's What You'll Get To DoMaintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services of the organization Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and be an advocate for the customer Accurately process quotes and orders in accordance with cutoff times and other time constraints that may exist Enter orders for production Resolve product and service problems Assist Sales staff with expediting orders and communications with the production floor Here's What We're Looking ForMinimum of 1-year previous customer service experience Strong organizational and listening skills Ability to read and perform mathematical calculations and write measurements in number fractions at a high school level Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawing and specifications Physical RequirementsAbility to bend/twist, carry, kneel, reach, stand, squat, stair climb, and walk occasionally Ability to use Wrist/hand/fingers/shoulders/elbows, sit and type frequently Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally **Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the job**
