Medical Office Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Supervisor located in Mayaguez, PR.

The Medical Office Supervisor will be responsible for:

1) Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
2) Managing communication with patients and staff
3) Proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing a high efficiency medical office environment.
4) Fostering a positive workplace culture through thoughtful initiatives and attention to employee needs.
5) Developing new systems and processes to save time and money
6) Using data and income to continuously improve office operations
7) Taking ownership of office sustainability and cost- reduction initiatives
8) Providing excellent customer service
9) Supervising receptionist duties, scheduling duties, administrating office finances and accounting.
Requisitos:
Experience in Medical Office Management. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in accounting and Peachtree.
Computer Literate.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to coordinate with medical professionals.
Attention to detail, Leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
