Production Oversight Specialist

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Printing, Gluing, and Folding areas. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe production process while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities in the Printing, Gluing, and Folding departments to ensure timely production and quality output.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operators and technicians. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate production schedules and ensure they are met by planning, organizing, and monitoring workflow.
• Monitor production processes to ensure all products meet Mm-Group's high-quality standards.
• Oversight troubleshooting and corrective actions for any operational issues that may arise in the Printing, Gluing, or Folding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, machine downtime, and employee performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
