We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

Project Scheduler

The Project Schedulerwill collaborate closely with project managers and team members to create realistic schedules and identify opportunities for optimization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Work with project teams to identify project activities, dependencies, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or resources. Analyze schedule data to identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates on project schedule status and performance to project stakeholders. Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans to address potential schedule delays. Support project managers in identifying opportunities to optimize project schedules and improve project delivery processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in project scheduling or project management. Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze schedule data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus.
