We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

Project Control Specialist

The Project Control Specialist will play a critical role in analyzing project data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project control processes and procedures to ensure effective project monitoring and reporting. Monitor project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality, and identify areas of concern or improvement. Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for project stakeholders. Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts, and track actual project costs against budget. Collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues. Support project change management processes, including tracking and evaluating change requests. Provide training and support to project team members on project control processes and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in project controls, project management, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets. Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus.
