General Description

Responsible for strategic planning, coordinating, developing, and executing testing tasks to ensure that the developed products meet the design specifications and adhere to the quality expectations. Perform QA process for custom developed and/or packaged software products related to our CRM platform independently. This includes unit, functional, system, integration, regression, and data conversion testing for one or multiple businesses or processes. Support new features and maintenances development activity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Engage and participate in design reviews, and all aspects of test and project plans, and implementation schedules aligned with Architect, Product and Development teams to ensure all possible scenarios for testing. Design, develop, execute, and manage testing project plans, timelines, and dependencies. Implement test strategies in collaboration with business users, project lead, third-party/partners, and application developers. Monitor recurring platform enhancements or updates including Salesforce releases and/or integrated platform releases. Maintain testing infrastructure and dynamic for the users (, user access & environment readiness). Track and monitor bugs or defects to closure. Report, and retest and monitor after fix. Analyze issues to determine if the problem is an application issue, user issue, training issue, data issue or a software defect.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (cont.)

Publish defect reports, and report on overall platform stability at project team meetings. Manage automated testing for all processes to detect errors, automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual testing. Communicate issues, testing status in a concise and timely manner. Recommend QA process improvements or corrections throughout the methodology to improve productivity and quality. Troubleshoot issues to identify root cause and transfer ownership of the issues to appropriate owners and drive complex issues to resolution. Apply principles, processes, guidelines and tools of quality management to work. Follow IT development processes such as change management, configuration management, security compliances.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer ScienceBachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College in Information Systems or related fields

Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of combined experience with software development; programming; developing and executing test scenarios; and developing automated tests and tests frameworks with common commercial testing tools.

Ability to conduct analysis on work procedures, business results, and recommends changes to improve the effectiveness of the business's management. Strong technical acumen: knowledge of IAM Governance, AML, BSA, Cyber Security, Information Security and Information Technology concepts. Ability to write technical instructions using programs and technology. Robust knowledge of applicable local and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. Communication skills: effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly develop written and verbal communications skills in English. Presents numerical data effectively. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. Polished in preparing presentations, executive summaries, and business reports in English for executive audiences. Analytical skills: Stays focused on main issues, prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with timely completion of assignments. Collects, research and complements data; Synthesizes complex or diverse information. Demonstrates attention to detail; Applies design principles; Generate creative solutions. Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills. Experience with data analysis, persuasive and informative writing, workload management, and process management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Assessments (KSA's cont.)

Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions. Project Management: Ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision; self-direct and task switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge on project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills. Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge on budget administration, resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly. Computer and technological skills: Proficient in MS Office 365. Experience with data management tools such as Power Pivot, Power BI, among others is desired. Ability to achieve results by providing innovative ways of working with operational and technological considerations. Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes
