Programmer Analyst Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a minimum of five years of experience in programming enterprise solutions in web environments and relational database management.
- At least one year of experience in writing requirements during the analysis phase using methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XPATH, Web Services, etc.), designing and implementing information system solutions in high-transaction distributed environments, and information systems design and implementation using an object-oriented programming language (Java, C#) following J2EE Design Patterns.
- Familiarity with version control tools, Oracle and MSSQL databases, and J2EE platform and application servers.
- Recent courses in Systems Analysis and Design. Ability to learn new techniques and technology independently.
- Insurance industry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of the company's business lines and products.
- Ability to handle multiple organizational projects of varying complexity simultaneously, make decisions under pressure in a dynamic environment, work in a team, and possess excellent interpersonal and public service skills. Leadership, proactivity, and empowerment in work situations are required.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages. Excellent communication skills at different organizational levels
