Accounting Manager-Cpa

We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a corporate group. This position will be responsible for the company's accounting and financial management requirements. Will supervise a team of three to four Accountants. Responsible for supporting and liaising with the GM and the corporate CFO in meeting the strategic goals of the organization. Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and operating results. Prepare and submit management reports promptly and also ensure delivery deadlines. Effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures. Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard hotel assets. Assist proactively with cost control requirements and with revenue enhancement possibilities. EEO

Requisitos:

Bachelors' in Accounting. Must be a Certified Public Accountant. Masters' Degree is a plus. High command of MS 365 Applications like Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of Back office or accounting systems like SAP, Sage, etc. Knowledge of Hospitality Management Systems like FIDELIO, OPERA, or similar systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written. Excellent financial/business decision-making. Should possess strong Financial knowledge. Analytical skills and very well organized.
