Bartender

*Job Overview*

Parguera Plaza Hospitality Group operates a collection of restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues in the heart of La Parguera, Puerto Rico, including Isla Cueva, Reserva 304 Sushi Bar & Pizza, and Brújula Pool Bar.

We are looking for energetic, professional, and customer-focused *Bartenders / Servers* to join our team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has experience providing excellent food and beverage service.

We are seeking versatile team members who can confidently perform both bartending and table service responsibilities while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar hospitality position.
* Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
* Experience using restaurant POS systems.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* English and Spanish communication skills preferred.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant service.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, or pool bars.
* Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
* Experience with suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
* Familiarity with inventory control and beverage cost management.
* Previous experience handling high-volume service and special events.

Pay: $7.50 - $8.50 per hour
