*Job Overview*
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll help patients build strength, mobility, and confidence by carrying out treatment plans under the direction of a physical therapist and PM&R doctors. You'll provide attentive care, document progress, and communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals across care settings.
*Responsibilities*
* Implement physical therapy treatments and care plans, including therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy as directed by the physical therapist and medical doctors .
* Support patient care in areas such as orthopedics and geriatrics, adapting treatment to individual needs and established plans.
* Use medical equipment safely and maintain accurate records in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
* Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
*Requirements*
* Required: Physical Therapist Assistant qualification and any applicable state licensure or certification.
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy practices.
* Ability to follow treatment instructions, document care accurately, and operate medical equipment.
* No prior experience necessary
Pay: $* per hour
