*Job Overview*
As a Bar Sales Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our retail environment, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and positive. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and understood. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right products, and provide exceptional service that drives sales and enhances their shopping experience.
*What you'll do*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store to find products that meet their needs.
* Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
* Make craft cocktails and describe flavor profile to customers
* Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
* Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
* Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
* Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
*Basic qualifications*
* Experience in customer service or retail sales environments.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
