We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineering & CAD Technician (Field Support) to join our dynamic team. This role provides essential support in engineering projects, focusing on CAD design and field operations. The successful candidate will assist with technical drawings, site support, and safety compliance, contributing to the successful execution of engineering initiatives. Responsibilities

* Assist in creating and modifying technical drawings and CAD models using industry-standard CAD software.
* Provide on-site support during engineering inspections, installations, and maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and field teams to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
* Support safety protocols by adhering to OSHA standards and assisting with safety documentation during field operations.
* Participate in non-destructive testing (NDT) activities as required, gaining practical experience in quality assurance processes.
* Maintain accurate records of field activities, inspection reports, and CAD documentation.
* Contribute to troubleshooting technical issues encountered during field support tasks.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during field operations.

Requirements

* BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
* Proficiency in CAD software with the ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
* Basic understanding of engineering principles related to field support activities.
* Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and certifications is preferred.
* Experience or familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting field operations.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving project requirements.
