Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Support food running duties by delivering orders promptly to guests or servers Handle bussing tasks by clearing tables efficiently and resetting them for new guests Follow safe manual handling practices during heavy lifting and movement of kitchen equipment or supplies Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Support banquet and event setups by preparing food stations and assisting with guest services as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Experience with cooking, food preparation, or culinary tasks is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous In-person customer service experience in a fast-paced setting preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world by bringing your energy, skills, and passion for hospitality to our team.
