M2 Consulting Services is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of professional experience to manage construction projects involving FEMA and CDBG-MIT funding. This is a contract-based opportunity.
*Assignment Details*
* *Project duration:* Five years.
* *Contract term:* Initial one-year contract, renewable annually.
* *Time commitment:* 60 hours per month.
* *Work arrangement:* Approximately 70% remote and 30% onsite.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage construction projects from design through construction.
* Coordinate with designers, developers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
* Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and supporting records.
* Support compliance with applicable FEMA and CDBG-MIT program requirements.
*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
* Experience working on FEMA and CDBG-MIT projects.
* Experience as a Construction Project Manager, including coordination with designers during design and developers during construction.
* Completion of FEMA and CDBG training courses and/or certifications.
* Experience preparing and managing project documentation.
* Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: $* per hour
