Provided customer service and day-to-day support at 150 Central by The Pilot Studio, an aviation-focused retail shop serving student pilots, professional pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and visitors. Assisted customers with aviation supplies, training materials, pilot equipment, merchandise, and general inquiries while creating a welcoming and professional customer experience.
Supported retail operations through point-of-sale transactions, inventory organization, product restocking, merchandising, and maintaining an organized and customer-ready shop environment. Assisted students and pilots in locating appropriate aviation products and resources based on their training and operational needs.
Worked closely with The Pilot Studio's flight school and administrative teams to support students, instructors, and customers and ensure effective communication between the Pilot Shop and flight operations. Assisted with special events, promotions, community activities, and other initiatives supporting the organization's aviation education and outreach efforts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provided professional customer service to pilots, students, aviation professionals, and visitors.
* Processed retail transactions and assisted customers with purchases.
* Assisted with inventory organization, stocking, and product presentation.
* Supported sales of aviation publications, charts, logbooks, headsets, pilot accessories, apparel, merchandise, and other products.
* Assisted flight students in obtaining required training materials and supplies.
* Answered customer questions and directed inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Maintained a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
* Supported promotional activities, events, and community outreach initiatives.
* Collaborated with flight school and administrative personnel to support daily operations.
* Represent The Pilot Studio professionally while interacting with customers and members of the aviation community.
