Call Center Agent | Mon

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle customer calls and provide guidance regarding financial products and services. This position requires the use of computer systems, accurate documentation of information, and adherence to established procedures. We are looking for responsible, organized individuals with strong communication skills. The work environment is fast-paced and focused on delivering excellent customer service. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
