About 2nd Bloom

2nd Bloom is a pre-loved luxury boutique with a social mission centered on second chances, community, sustainability, and purpose in Caguas, P.R..

As our store and mission continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible, organized, proactive, and creative individual to join our team and support our daily store, e-commerce, and social media operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, has an eye for detail and presentation, is comfortable learning new systems, and wants to grow alongside a small business with a meaningful purpose.

Previous experience in luxury fashion, Shopify, or e-commerce is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Reliability, responsibility, punctuality, organization, cleanliness, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are especially important to us.

Responsibilities

* Assist with the organization and daily operation of the store.
* Receive, organize, and maintain merchandise and inventory.
* Keep the store, work areas, and merchandise clean, organized, and presentable.
* Photograph merchandise following 2nd Bloom's visual standards.
* Create and update product listings in our Shopify online store.
* Assist with product descriptions, pricing information, and online merchandising.
* Prepare and organize customer orders.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service when needed.
* Assist with the creation, organization, and posting of content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
* Help maintain a consistent and polished brand presence online.
* Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed.
* Help maintain an orderly, efficient, and welcoming environment throughout the store.

* Willing to learn and open to feedback.
* Comfortable using a smartphone, computer, and learning new digital platforms.
* Able to work well in a fast-paced small-business environment.
* Able to reliably commute to our location in Caguas.
* Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.
* Candidates located in Caguas or surrounding municipalities are especially encouraged to apply.

Knowledge or experience in Shopify, Canva, social media, product photography, content creation, retail, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Digital marketing or social media experience is also a plus.

We can teach Shopify. We can teach our photography process. We can teach how we organize, photograph, and upload merchandise.

What we cannot teach as easily is responsibility, punctuality, consistency, cleanliness, initiative, and pride in your work.

We are looking for someone who shows up on time, keeps their workspace clean and organized, follows through on responsibilities, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and genuinely cares about doing things correctly.
